Apple Registers New iPhone and Apple Watch Models With EEC

Apple has registered new iPhone and Apple Watch models with the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC), reports Consomac. Additionally, the company has updated numerous registrations for iOS 13, watchOS 6, and macOS 10.15.

In addition to updating its registration for the rumored 16-inch MacBook Pro, Apple registered two new iPhone models and four new Apple Watch models.

The EEC had also already revealed the references of eleven new iPhone models last May (under iOS 12), but the A2296 and A2298 models released today are new. Finally, this is the first time we are aware of these four new Apple Watch references, which undoubtedly correspond to different versions of the Apple Watch Series 5 expected for next month.

Apple will likely hold an event on September 10th to unveil new iPhone and Apple Watch models; however, it could hold another event in October to debut new iPads and perhaps the new 16-inch MacBook Pro.
