Let me see if I got this right. Samsung copied the iphone, and now they want to take apple to court for copying their copy of the iphone. I think i finally got it.

Lawyers are just PO'd because they didn't get THEIR 33%!
Samsung got exactly what they deserved . . . ZERO!

It wasn't a contingency agreement because it was not a liability claim. The lawyers got paid thier normal hourly rate.
