Just after releasing iOS 6.0.1, Apple went ahead and pushed out a developer build of iOS 6.1 Beta 1.
Xcode 4.6 was also pushed out as well.
As usual, there is not a complete list of changes, but Apple does provide information on how developers can integrate Apple Maps into their Apps, as well as improvements to Passbook, and a few changes in Safari.

I wish they'd fix the wifi WPA2 enterprise problems. My iPhone 4 works flawlessly. This iPhone 5 struggles day after day. Sick of it.
