I own am iMac, iPad 4 and iPhone 5 and would probably have a use for a MacBook but close for $2k for a laptop is way too much. I do like quality but I believe Apple highly overpriced their retina versions

I bought this computer NEW for college, and it has been amazing. The screen alone is worth the price. I can change the resolution to get full 2880x1800 resolution. If you're a programmer or doing any kind of post-production, this instantly-customizable screen real estate is a lifesaver.
