Cinemagram, an iPhone app that creates animated gifs from your video, has been updated to let you combine cines into a mini-movie. The update is likely in response to Twitter's new Vine app which was recently released for the iPhone.

Create a stunning hybrid between photo and video. Animate small portions of your photo to create a magical image that's part-photo and part-video. Apply vintage / cross processing filters, and share your masterful creation.

How it works:
1. film a short video clip 2-3s
2. Animate a small region
3. Apply awesome xpro, vintage filters
4. Share to Twitter/Tumblr and Facebook

What's New In This Version:
★ Introducing Shorts - Combine cines to create a mini-movie!
★ Added Push Notification Settings
★ Improved video quality
★ Bug fixes

You can download Cinemagram from the App Store for free.
