Apple has told a French reseller that the new Mac Pro is coming in spring, reports Mac4Ever.

France Systemes has published a newsletter update informing customers that Apple will stop selling the current Mac Pro on March 1st because these systems are not compliant with Amendment 1 of regulation IEC 60950-1, Second Edition which becomes effective on this date.

Notably, the reseller says Apple will be releasing its anticipated Mac Pro update in spring.

However, we believe that the judgment of the Mac Pro is temporary, Apple informs us that new Mac Pro will be released in spring 2013.

In June of last year, following outrage over the lack of a real Mac Pro update, Apple confirmed to the press that it is working on new models and designs for its Mac Pro desktop that will be released in 2013.
