Apple has now added its new 'Offers In-App Purchases' warning to the mobile App Store.
The warning label first appeared on the desktop App Store yesterday to make it clearer to buyers that purchases can be made from within the application.
It's thought the warning may have resulted from a lawsuit which Apple recently agreed to settle over 'bait apps' that allowed children to rack up huge iTunes bills on their parents account.

What is that icon next to the battery? What does it do or represent? Aka... What tweak is that and what does it do?

@your mom: It's an attached blue tooth device battery indicator.

From top left to top right,
Cellular Signal, Carrier, WiFi or 3G, Time, Alarm, BlueTooth, (unknown?) assuming a paired earpiece accessory peripheral, and Battery Meter!
Mine is set to show the battery percentage also.
