Apple has released a new WWDC app that lets you follow along with its developer conference even if you aren't attending the event.

The app itself is not all that is important here.
Firstly - look at the icon. Completely flat, no 3D, no 'glass shadow' which has been on all apps to date.
Secondly - compare the design of the app with last years. (google image search it) It is pretty much the same - except all colours are flat. There is no shading, no shadows and no gradients.
This is obviously a first look at the format for iOS7.

The app icon and interface is flat, and not much color, may be exhibiting some design cues of IOS7
