Apple never called it a the cheaper iPhone. The media assumed it was and convinced everyone that it was true. That's not Apples fault.

I think apple failed on this one. bigger battery and screen should have been on this device so in my opinion, the 5s is

Why do people keep bitching about the lack of a hardware redesign. It's an "S" year for Christ's sake! If you expected more than it's just wishful thinking and shouldn't be disappointed. Come on ya should know how this works by now.

not for u or me but for people who upgrade from S to S it's a big upgrade like from 3GS to 4S and now to 5S. infect it's a way smarter way of upgrading, the only draw back is that they might miss a jailbreak.

Why - September 13, 2013 at 1:12pm
it's not really An upgrade compared to the 5 but however, the comment was directed to those people that keep signing contracts to get the new phone

Why - September 13, 2013 at 1:13pm
But for me it's not worth it I'll just wait for the big upgrade

The up date is really meant for 4s owners .any one with an 5 that upgrades to the 5s is dumb

I can't believe people are buying this. The ONLY reason I would buy this is for the upgraded iSight camera, other than that, it's respectively pretty much an iPhone 5.

I'd rather buy the original 5. This one looks cheap and more like a toy for kids while the original 5 looks more classy!

Actually the iPhone 5 is still available. Most stores, including apple stores are selling them for $99 for the 16GB, $199 for 32GB and $299 for the 64GB to get rid of remaining stock. For the people looking to get a 5C over the 5S but like the aluminum casings look better, I'd say see if the mobile carrier you have has any iPhone 5 models left. Another thing. If apple would have kept the 5 and dropped the price like they've done in the past it probably would've been lowered to 8GB. Like they did with the 4 and 4S models. So. Even though the casing is different your basically getting an extra 8 gigs for free with the 5C.

The plastic don't bother me so much because any way we all use cases but the 5C is way to thick nothing like the 5 so I'm staying with my 5 can't find a reason for upgrading to the 5S and if u guys can still get the aluminum 5 then get it before Apple runs out of them I already see that the price dropping of the 5 all over the world stopped and even started going up.
