Apple will again participate in the Japanese tradition of offering a Fukubukuro or lucky bag to customers on January 2nd, 2014.
A lucky bag is a Japanese New Year's Day custom where retailers make grab bags filled with unknown random items and sell them for discount.
This year the bag costs around 36,000 yen, or about $345, and inside customers will find things like iPods, headphones, and other accessories or if you're lucky an iPad, MacBook, or maybe a Mac Mini. You'll need to line up very early, typically the night before, for a chance to purchase one of these Lucky Bags.

I could sell the iPad because I already own one, then use the money to win things at arcades out of machines, and repeat until I have enough for the MacBook Pro.

That's totally un expectable and wrong doing this only in one part of the world in a way it's racism a reminder from something I can't forget, I really hope some group will take Apple to curt, ether everybody gets a chance or nobody there are laws against stuff like that.
