Apple has reportedly seeded OS X Mavericks 10.9.4, codenamed 'Epic', to employees even before releasing OS X 10.9.3 to the public.
9to5Mac notes that "10.9.4 will continue to bring bug fixes and various stability enhancements to Mavericks. Development of 10.9.4 is still in its early stages with Apple telling employees that this build is an 'alpha'."
Apple will likely seed 10.9.4 to developers once it reaches 'beta' status. There's no word yet on when 10.9.3 will be released but it will likely be soon.
