Mophie Introduces New 64GB Space Pack Battery Case for iPhone 5s/5

Mophie originally launched its Space Pack Battery Case with Built-in storage for iPhone 5/5s back in January. At the time, only 16GB and 32GB capacities were available, but today the company announced the addition of a 64GB capacity model.

The Space Pack has a 1,700mAh battery (for comparison, the iPhone 5s built-in battery has 1560mAh while the iPhone 5 has 1440mAh) with 16, 32 and now 64 GB of storage. You can store any filetype on the storage device, from photos to videos. Mophie has even developed an app called Space that lets you manage and organize the files on your Space Pack.

You can pre-order the 64GB Space Pack for $249.95 with an estimated ship date of July 22. The 16GB and 32GB version have been available since March and run at $149.95 and $179.95 respectively.

Really a back up battery and storage for the price of a new iphone with a contract. What a non cost effective way to rip people off. Expensive idea = bad idea

I own a geneo portable generator and you move it when exercising turning the movement into energy for your phone, in other words battery power for it.

I like this idea as well when I go a long (read 1 to 3 weeks) treks. This along a good case like Otterbox or even pelican, would work for me. But for everyday, office? Plus, an iPhone with 128 Gb of storage…. until possible iPhone 6, there's no alternative. Hefty price, but Mophie has something here. I pay my devices full price, never a contract, and always the best rates. 250$ on top of a 900$ device, it high, just not more expensive than the device itself like someone else said. Thanks for the link though, I might get this generator. like the idea a lot.

I heard of it from vsauce2 on youtube. Futuristic things we don't know and onewheel is also what I plan to get. It's like a hoverboard but way more control than a skateboard.
