DirecTV is bringing NFL Sunday Ticket to iOS and Mac without the need for satellite subscription. The company is advertising the feature on its site starting at $199.99. A student discount is also available.

You can download NFL Sunday Ticket from the App Store for free but it currently requires a DIRECTV.com account and SUNDAY TICKET MAX subscription is required to watch live video.

I just tried this and apparently it isn't available in Oklahoma City.
Sorry, you're ineligible for NFLSUNDAYTICKET.TV
