Following the leaked MacBook Air mockups, designer Martin Hajek has created more realistic renders on his blog.

Apple's upcoming 12-inch Retina MacBook Air is rumored to be smaller than the current 13-inch version, but also narrower than the 11-inch model. Sources at Apple say the entire notebook has been revamped from the keyboard to the trackpad and speakers. The notebook is so thin, that internally it is referred to as the MacBook Stealth.

Unfortunately, there is no rumored release date, but most likely the new MacBook Air will launch sometime in 2015. Please follow iClarified on Twitter, Facebook, Google+, or RSS for updates.

if the rumours are true to leave out thunderbolt would be a huge mistake. can understand a huge many who will purchase the air will not hook it up to a display but many would want to and if you can't lots of potential customers will look else where.

I have a MacBook Pro and never connect it to another display, in fact there's air display.

thought air display was used to extend your desktop to only an idevice using it as a second display.
