Journalist Accidentally Buys Xbox One Using Apple Watch During Live Demo [Video]

Check out this humorous video of a journalist accidentally ordering an Xbox off the Apple Watch during a live demo. The journalist is CNET's Scott Stein. He was demoing the watch along with Dan Ackerman via Twitter's Periscope app.

During a demo of the Amazon app on the Apple Watch, Scott used voice commands to search for a couple of items, getting the best result when he searched for an Xbox One gaming console. He saved the item to a wish list, while specifically warning against tapping the very large one-click ordering button that took up most of the screen. A second later, while waving his finger to emphasise that point, he accidentally touched the Apple Watch screen and an Xbox One console was immediately ordered in his name, thanks to the single-step one-click ordering process.

No waterproof even to 5 meters is a bad selling point. Apple even mentioned that washing hands mat put watch in risk within Apple watch official manual. I Hope u are right....that apple watch 2 will be waterproof over water "resistant".

It is waterproof for a few minutes, but sometimes it exceeds that a little. It has been tested and is fully functional.

the watch is water resistant and even swimming with it for short amounts of time can be considered safe. go back to your Samcave.

I like my $60 pebble watch with stainless steel Seidel band. water proof and battery lasts 1 week on charge. and it works without need to connect to a phone via Bluetooth. One can barely wash their hands nor go a full day with battery on Apple watch. I love apple products but i feel apple couldve stepped it up a bit more out the gate...APPLE WATCH 2 is the way to go!!!!!!

shut up 'ykh', he's got a damn good point about the bettery life, although I at one time owned a Pebble, and it is NO comparison to the apple watch. More battery life, and I mean like MUCH more battery life, would be nice.

Most of us Amazon users know it's incredibly easy to cancel an order and didn't laugh. He also has a link bracelet, could probably afford to have a spare Xbox.
