Both the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus to Get Force Touch?

Posted May 28, 2015 at 5:04pm by iClarified
Apple has decided to include Force Touch support on the iPhone 6s and the iPhone 6s Plus, according to a new report from UDN.

Initially reports had suggested that the Force Touch feature would be an iPhone 6s Plus exclusive; however, that may no longer be the case.

TPK is said to be the company supplying the needed modules to Apple. Consequently, industry analysts expect the manufacturer to see significant revenue growth in the second half of 2015. iPhone 6s shipments are estimated to reach 200 million units and the pressure sensors in the smartphone are said to cost 2.5x that of the pressure sensor in the Apple Watch.

Also supporting the launch of the feature with the iPhone 6s, a recent report on iOS 9 said that the mobile operating system has support for the feature built-in.

I've still never got a straight answer to how force touch helps on a touch screen.

They better both have it, as well as they better both have the 12mp camera, and I hope they add the gyro to the 4.7 like the current 5.5 has

Is there going to be a smaller 6? I really like the size of the iPhone 5/5s.
