Saurik has released an update to Cydia Installer bringing support for iOS 8.3.
If you jailbroke your device using the TaiG 2.0 jailbreak utility. You should can update to Cydia Installer 1.1.17 through the application.
Here is what's new:
Update Cydia to Support iOS 8.3 On iOS 8.3, Cydia would report that it "cannot identify your device" while trying to access your account. This was due to changes on iOS 8.3, and has been fixed.
Support file:/// Repository URLs Recent versions of Cydia have rejected "local" repository URLs. This was due to an overly-limited filter on acceptable URLs. You can now again use local repositories.
Please note that this update is not a fix for Cydia Substrate. Please follow iClarified on Twitter, Facebook, or RSS to find out when that becomes available.

Great, now how about a jailbreak tool that actually works (between two windows 7 ultimate and premium OS running PCs following all of the "how to fix" guides TAIG has still been unsuccessful in either passing 20% or working at all)

you must use a version of iTunes that is 12.0
you must also have your ios 8.3 installed from itunes not an OTA update
finally you must run windows hoped it helped

It doesn't matter if the .ipsw is a clean restore, an upgrade through iTunes, or an OTA. All that matters is that you have iTunes 12.0.1 installed on your PC when you jailbreak.

This update helps, but not for the tweaks.

Can we add tweaks? - June 24, 2015 at 6:32pm
Do this mean all tweaks would be supported? And we could start downloading them?

Many tweaks are already compatible with 8.3.
However, the update to Substrate is what we're waiting for to make a majority of tweaks compatible with 8.3.
Cydia Installer is just the framework for installing and managing tweaks.

True, this has nothing to do with the common problems ( Tweaks not showing in settings.app or tweaks functionality )
We still HAVE to wait for taig to release an update for their tool..

I'd like to see them try and downgrade the baseband from 6.15 to 5.13... Anyone know what I'm talking about?

Ahhh....you speak of one of the last RedSn0w goodies....allowing you to go from the iPad baseband down to one that allows GPS functionality. Damn I miss those days. And don't forget the restores right through Redsn0w with no iTunes required...and IPSW stitching...I still have a stitched .ipsw somewhere in my files...lol
