Leaked photos allegedly of the upcoming HTC Aero reveal a smartphone that looks very similar to the iPhone 6. The Aero appears to feature the same curves, antenna bands, and protruding camera, except HTC has centered the camera instead of placing it to the side of the device.
PhoneArena notes that "The Aero (as we said, also known as the A9), is expected to feature a 5.5-inch screen with 2.5D curved glass, 4GB of RAM, and could be powered by a MediaTek Helio X20 SoC which would carry a deca-core CPU. There has also been talk of a groundbreaking new camera for the phone, which could arrive as soon as next quarter."

I'm guessing no one here has seen the HTC One M7...which was out way before the iPhone 6 decided to use a metal back and antenna bands...

You do realize iPhone 4 started using metal shell part and that the antenna lines are different from hit on all iPhones.

Takes one to know one, plus I was hinting at iPhone using metal before that means they got the idea to use gold then HTC did, so either way, it makes sense.

Well they are totally different, color, size camera, logo, lines..

The gold color is close in which they copied that, the lines weren't like the 6 until now since the last time that they were thin and black, everything else is different.

Unless you involve painting over them or putting stickers on the back to resemble the 5s.

Does no one remember that HTC are paying to share Apple's patents?

Either way, slowly but surely, more co panties turn to them for whatever they make or do. That makes 3 companies.

Those who mock also copy. Think about it. HTC with the rap video, ads by Microsoft and Samsung.

And they said iPhone copied HTC with the style.

Honestly, the HTC will be of equal build quality. This is their flagship and my experience with HTC over the years is a good build quality. So with that in mind, have great expectations from this device!

Same build quality?...maybe...but I know for sure not of the same reliability. My company provides us HTC cellphones for our internal communications. We are constantly replacing those damn things every few months, mostly battery or screen related. We've been pushing the management to switch to other brands, in particular iPhones, but they are stubborn. I guess they have a deal with HTC or something or my company's president or somebody is related to HTC corp. They are good quality phones but not so reliable...at least for us minions in our company.

But will it bend ??

gamerscul9870 - August 26, 2015 at 12:46pm
You'll be surprised how much I takes to bend despite barely slight thickness in the phone itself (unless you mean the HTC).

Yes the Htc that now seems to be a problem if the phone bends ,apple have reinforced their new 6s which is good
