Apple today announced a new iPhone Lightning Dock that comes in Silver, Space Gray, Gold, and Rose Gold colors.

"Available in four metallic finishes, the iPhone Lightning Dock perfectly matches your iPhone 6s. Choose from silver, space gray, gold, and rose gold."

You can use it to charge and sync any iPhone that has a Lightning connector. Your iPhone sits upright in the dock as it syncs or charges, so it’s ideal for a desk or countertop. Even when your iPhone is in an Apple-designed case, it’s easy to dock. And you can unlock iPhone or use Touch ID without having to remove it from the dock.

is this dock worth for our iPhone 6 plus ? why I ask this question is, the weight of the phone the dock should withstand rite, so I am asking all of your suggestions to buy or not ..!!

Yes. I still actually own most old docks and they still work to this day, and with this new one helps me not hold the iPhone awkwardly when listening to music through headphones while charging.

50 dollars for this? This is hilarious... When the iPhone 5 came out, Apple refused to make a dock for it. So I went for a 12 dollar China model that still works perfectly fine with my iPhone 6..

I wouldn't risk it. Still playing it safe for any apple product. I make good money anyway.

If you ask me this is a bad design... i can see the phone putting stress on the connector. I bet something will break at some point

$50.00 for a dock? Why not a $100.00, who cares, if they can pay $50 for an item that cost $2.00 to make they will pay $100 for it too.

$50 for iphone dock ,it is so expensive.Most people don't use a iphone dock.it not safe for put iphone stand on dock

I love these docks. They do good for me, I recommend them, and I use this as an alarm clock for me. What not to like about it?
