Apple has released tvOS 9.1 beta 3 to developers for testing. The build number is 13U5077a.
This is a pre-release version of tvOS 9.1 for the new Apple TV. Devices updated to tvOS 9.1 can not be restored to earlier versions of tvOS.
"tvOS 9.1 includes bug fixes and improvements in the OS and SDK, including in AVKit, On Demand Resources, and UIKit. Please test your apps with this Beta and file bug reports as needed."
