Apple has released tvOS 9.1 for the new Apple TV 4. Betas of 9.1 brought the ability to control Apple Music with Siri but Apple has yet to provide release notes for final version.
This is the release version of tvOS for the new Apple TV. Apple TV (3rd generation) and earlier are not supported.
You can download the update on your device from Settings > System > Software Update.

Still no chapter support. Come on Apple, get it together. My Atv3 has it, but not Atv4. Kind of important when watching concert films and you want direct access to songs.
