Apple has released watchOS 2.2.1 for download. This release contains bug fixes and security updates.

To install watchOS 2.2.1 on your Apple Watch, use your iPhone running iOS 9 to update the software on your Apple Watch.

I bought and returned it because it was so buggy :( I really wanted to like it, I'm going to try again with Apple Watch 2. My notifications wouldn't come across in either device sometimes which was annoying and caused me to miss many texts.
