It will be possible to delete stock apps in iOS 10, a feature users have been requesting for years.
Apple has also posted default iOS apps to the App Store letting users redownload them as needed. Additionally, it allows the company to make more frequent updates to the applications.
Stock apps now listed on the App Store include Mail, Calendar, Music, Maps, Weather, Contacts, FaceTime, Videos, and more.
Check them all out at the link below and please follow iClarified on Twitter, Facebook, or RSS for more updates on iOS 10.

If it's so boring then don't do it. If you want jaiobreak, keep it to yourself because it can eventually be done, but that's not involved in the works of Apple so...

Ah finally. Goodbye Apple maps and hello Google maps. This means a ton of space to be freed up by deleting some useless apps like Watch app, Voice memos, Podcasts, iTunes Store and other apps. Finally I can free up some more space on my phone. I also wish apple would give us the ability to integrate Google Voice system wide instead of the service called 'SIRI'.

No I updated to iOS 10 and you cannot delete the app store. Essential system apps appear to not be deletable.

This means Siri can interact with Google Maps if Google updates it of course and hopefully will work in the lock screen!
