It's good to see that Apple is putting a lot of effort to make iOS 9.3.3 stable even after they introduced iOS 10. Appreciate the effort . I'm pretty sure that iPhone 4s customers will be really happy since they are going to get a stable release and the last update !!!

iOS 9, said to be a big fixer to give a pure experience. Yet was the buggiest iOS ever released.

I don't know about you, but I used just about every version and I didn't have a problem with it once!

I would highly recommend you to go back and check the other OS systems. I don't understand how you think this is the buggiest OS ever. I have done phone support for Apple since iOS 5. I can tell you I was time it's not the buggiest.
