All I need is software solution (no, not the one in apple store that calls first server to record it or 3 way calls) but the one on jailbroken phone.

I can see by your tremendously helpful command that you are a successful and dynamic entrepreneur. In light of that, I think it is perfectly reasonable for you to assume that nobody will pay attention to your poor syntax, grammar, or manners. Please keep these gems coming, and we, your humble admirers, will ensure that they are implemented immediately.

$125 for trouble. It's not legal in lots of states to record call conversations. Unless warning that all call are record for training purposes.

You are obviously not an attorney nor are you aware of recent rulings by the courts making it absolutely legal to record calls. There are a few caveats but it is legal to record both sides of a phone call without notification as a requirement. The limits to which you can use your recordings vary by state.

California's wiretapping law is a "two-party consent" law. California makes it a crime to record or eavesdrop on any confidential communication, including a private conversation or telephone call, without the consent of all parties to the conversation. See Cal. Penal Code § 632.
