Apple Starts Countdown Timer to 'Scary Fast' Special Event

Apple has updated its homepage with a countdown timer to the 'Scary Fast' special event this evening.

Visitors to apple.com can move their mouse over the animating Apple logo to reveal the countdown timer.

The company has already confirmed that the event will be focused on Mac. Rumors suggest that we could see a new iMac and updated MacBook Pros unveiled tonight. It's unclear if Apple will launch a new M3 processor but that appears likely given the 'Scary Fast' title of the event.


The special event will take place virtually on October 30th, at 5pm PT / 8pm ET.
