The Google Nexus 7 tablet has a hidden 'Smart Cover' feature, according to a new report from Engadget.

You won't find this on its official specs list, but Google's Nexus 7 tablet apparently has a magnet-enabled sensor that'll automatically set the display to sleep -- it's hard not to think of the iPad's Smart Cover. YouTube user wwscoggin was able to discover and pin-point the functionality near the bottom left of the device by gliding a magnet along its bezel.

Is not a copy as Apple don't have that feature. I like Apple product but the company seems love lawsuit so much. Those Korean actually improvise and upgrade the idea not making fake phone like some country and no point to hate them as the will make more money then the haters.

My old blackberry 7230 from 2003 had that feature. There was a magnet in the holster that put the BB to sleep when you put it in the holster.
