Any correlation to the iPhone V phone being released maybe?

I spend a lot of time on my iPhone checking the news and watching videos, and I still haven't used over 500Mb a month. How does it make sense that I am paying $30 a month for 6GB of data, yet they want $150 for 15GB!? They are crooks.
