If you upgrade your baseband, you'll undoubtedly break the jailbreak. The best bet is to NOT upgrade until someone announces whether it's safe to or not. After all, if they've listed no benefits, there's absolutely NO reason to upgrade.

Install updateBEGONE from Nito.
This prevents for accidentally updating your apple tv2 ,

Nothing updates automatically .You must select from the settings then update.
People that say my iphone or apple tv was update by accident.
