Etsy has updated its iOS app with support for the iPad.

Discover 17 million unique items from more than 800,000 shops around the world. Explore what kindred spirits are favoriting on Etsy. Shop whenever inspiration hits. Manage your shop with ease.

Features:
On iPad, browse gift guides, seasonal trends, and community favorites. Watch videos and read tales about emerging trends in the Etsy community.

On iPhone, as a shopper, check your activity feed, search by category, message with sellers, and purchase items directly from your phone. As a seller, renew, edit, and create listings, view shop stats, create shipping notifications, and get alerts when orders are placed at your shop. With seamless integration of your cart, favorites, purchase history, and shop, the app is a streamlined extension of your online Etsy experience.

What's New In This Version:
If you’re running iOS 4 you’ll need to upgrade to access the newest version of the app.

Please note: if you're a seller currently using the iPhone app on your iPad, you will no longer be able to access seller tools such as shop stats, editing listings, and sales notifications via the app. Sellers tools are available in Safari.

For shoppers:
✔ iPad: Now optimized for iPad. Browse gift guides, seasonal trends, and community favorites. Watch videos and read about new trends on Etsy
✔ iPhone: Buy and use gift cards
✔ Known issues: iPad version not yet available in other languages, can’t redeem or buy gift cards

For sellers:
✔ iPad: Seller stories are highlighted in About this Shop section
✔ iPhone: Create shipping notifications

You can download Etsy from the App Store for free.
