Luca Maestri, executive vice president and chief financial officer at Xerox, is leaving the company on February 28th to assume the role of corporate controller at Apple, according to a press release from the company.

Maestri joined Xerox in February 2011 after serving as the CFO of Nokia from 2008. According to Reuters, he made $3.3 million in 2011 at Xerox and will be replacing Betsy Rafael who retired from Apple in October.
