Crescent, a tweak to enable and disable Do Not Disturb via Siri, has been released in Cydia.

The tweak was created by Evan Coleman and Joshua Tucker and is available from the Big Boss Cydia Repository for free. If you haven't jailbroken your device you can find instructions on how to do so here.

Do you have to say please and thank you? lol

No, not at all. Crescent uses keywords. It was my attempt at being funny :). As long as you say words like "turn off, turn on, enable, disable etc." with the phrase "Do Not Disturb," you're good.
