Apple has just released iOS 7 beta 3 to developers for download. No word on any of the changes yet, however it will most likely include bug fixes and performances enhancements.

The firmware is currently available via Software Update and in the developer center as well. For the iPhone 5, the update is 214mb.

Last update brought back Voice Memos and support for the iPad

We will update you with any change we find, but if you see anything, please let us know in the comments below!

You can grab the update at the dev center here.

Update: The OTA update is safe for non-developers without a UDID using the 'update' trick.

Update 2: Here is our extensive list of all the changes we found in the latest beta.

----------------------- >> IOS7 activations available! << ----------------------- >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Just see people comments on my posts below, satisfied with my service and go ahead with me if you like.<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<< I am an Apple Developer with UDID's slots available. If you want to activate your iOS 7, please send $7 USD via Paypal to (along with your device UDID) this will allow all beta releases manually and even OTA, and my extreme support for 11 months! Why worry about being blocked by Apple down the road or bricking your phone when you can have the real deal? Just because you can activate your phone with the current beta doesn't mean Apple will allow it in any subsequent betas or release candidates and with this method yes. New developer slots available. Hurry and get yours now!-------------------------For people that are here only to say my service are SCAM and i'm a douchebag, and people don't need UDID registered, i'm not here to offend anyone and i'm not intend so, but because of you people are getting their iOS devices going black because of you only, and they are asking me for help day by day. And just one more thing, they are satisfied and i had sent a proof of UDID register to all. And if you say that apple rules doesn't allow to sell UDID slots, you don't know what you are talking, because for all effects i'm not selling UDID slots, i'm selling my precious service and help, even remotely by team-viewer for all they wan't or need in this process, now and in the future, and i haven't anyone unsatisfied, and even when it happens i refund----------------------------

Now you're just plain full of shit dude.Apple does its own investigations. If you are in ANY way intercepting personal information, then you are in complete violation of more than a few international and federal laws,as well as FCC regulations. Thanks for the info though,I'll be reporting it to Apple, the FCC and a few more agencies.Hope you enjoyed having your little "team",it will soon be dissolved.I knew if I prodded you enough, you would be bold enough to admit to some sort of illegal activity. And you've done so just as I expected.Would have been much wiser to actually "go offline" like you claimed to have done...

Oh, Mr Bingaman, or can i call you Brenan Jiran? We have here a pending order to GODADDY close your domain until Expiration Date on 23-feb-2014, if you break more rules, don't talk, you have here things that break 27 apple rules, if apple did their homework, you are now disappointed with apple. Don't talk about Daniel and others when you are not a good person.

I apreciate that, but as a dev manager, aren't you talking here too much? How do you know so much? Can you text me to my mail? Best regards

Your investigation of him was not a APPLE SANCTIONED INVESTIGATION moron,Apple does THEIR OWN INTERNAL INVESTIGATIONS AND DOES NOT FARM THEM OUT.What kind of idiot are you?
Kris Apple DevManager - July 21, 2013 at 7:05pm
You are an interesting guy, now you teach me? When we search Apple database from a person or contact we have access to all information about he, about you, about all your and he's communications, actions, investigations, etc... I'm talking to much now
unlockmyidevice - July 21, 2013 at 6:49pm
So for all intensive purposes, your "team" doesn't do anything having to do with Apple R&D.When you have access to the departments involved with actual developer fraud, then I'd be interested in hearing your opinion, but as of now, your little team has no real input to anything important .

Ok,you're telling me that you work for Apple right?Wrong slick, you may be a licensed developer, but so is my 12yr old son.Anyone can be a developer dude, doesn't mean you work for Apple directly.I contacted the DFA directly regarding the R&D regulations regarding that guy profiting off of something related to the iOS release in any form,or assistance without a viable direct association with the Apple Corp. You'll see the outcome of it in the next week or two, count on that.
Kris Apple DevManager - July 21, 2013 at 5:53pm
Like i told you, investigation over him was already done, he isn't profiting off of something related to the iOS release, he is profiting off, of he's help to other people that are not allowed to use Beta versions, and get stuck. Going of-line now
