Is this listening via mic or would if also recognize an untagged track that is played with itunes via headphones for example?

Are you freaking serious?!? Who in their right mind would want to install a program that CONSTANTLY listens to you through your computer?!? Even if Shazam is 100% honourable and honest, the data stream could easily be intercepted and listened to. Seems unbelievable that they'd ever consider something like this. Dude!!!!!
