Apple is launching its new iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus smartphones in 22 new countries today.
Those countries include: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Qatar, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Turkey and United Arab Emirates.
If you're in one of those regions let us know what launch day looked like for you. Did Bendgate put a damper on things?
Apple sold over 10 million iPhone 6 devices during its first launch weekend. We'll let you know if Apple publishes a figure following this weekend.

I am from Saudi Arabia, last night was the official lunch of iPhone 6 but i couldn't get it to the reason that the provider in our country didn't want to give it to their customers. I had to with for 2 hours on STC expecting to receive the unit but at the end they said we run out of stock.
What's the hill of Apple doing to control those providers??? I believe this is a bad image of Apple in the middle east countries.
No they are selling iPhone 6 on the gray market for twice of the price as announce from Apple.
Where is the control of Apple over the gray market.
Where is Apple control over the price ???
This is just a short story of what's happening with Apple products in middle east.

I am using iPhone 6 plus 64gb SG for the last 4 days. Surpasses itself. USA ATT.
It's slim and 'strong'. I can't imagine why would anyone bend it by applying force or sit over it placing in jeans back pocket.
I had some apprehension the 6plus would be too big but it's not that big as I feared.
Wonder how I survived without this phone all these years;)

In Moscow (Russia) the launch was awesome! No phone left in stores. No impact on sales from was seen from bendgate. The demand has overcome the offer. There have left many people who didn't manage to buy an iPhone. The most preferable models were iPhone 6 plus, the most preferable color - black, the most preferable memory size - 128.

Think twice before buying. If you are looking at "auto bend feature" for 750$ then you can go for it. Otherwise look for Moto X or HTC m8. Excellent phones, durable and value for money.

It's going to be interesting to see if the plus still outsells the 6 since "bendgate" in the new markets.

Ordered via phone today in Switzerland at an independent mobile shop, will receive the phone on Monday. iPhone 6, 64 gb, space grey. Not ordered via Apple, they have 5-7 business days shipping time.

Shame they can't supply the phones to the customers that are still waiting in countries that launched a already. Here in Australia I ordered my 6 plus on launch day and still have over a month to wait. Kinda disappointed at the lack of stock so far.
