Check out this video stress test of the iPhone 6 Plus being buried in snow overnight.

Youtuber TechRax buried his smartphone on Christmas Eve and returned on Christmas Day to see if the device was still functional.

Those who live in a snowy climate will be please to find out that the device was still working the next day.

Kinda strange. I skied thru snow on Christmas day in Utah in 15F weather and my phone was DEAD! in my pocket! got to my car, put it next to heat ventilation, the phone came back with 52% battery.

It doesn't matter because who would pull our there phone at this time of cold weather? Quite obvious anyway because snow is frozen liquid and the iphone 6 and 6 plus prevents it from getting in especially with the eliminated air gap from the display.

Ehhhh we did a video freezing it inside an icecube for a month in a bow 0 freezer. We broke it off and it was still working good.

Duh, because people chose to bend it. I own a 6 plus and I sit in a few positions I use with it in my pockets, not even a little does it bend and no I don't have a case for it.
