Slice Intelligence is reporting that just 22% of Apple Watch pre-orders shipped on launch weekend.
Most people who pre-ordered an Apple Watch did not receive one in the first wave of shipments, with Slice Intelligence reporting that only 376,000 of the 1.7 million Apple Watches ordered were delivered to U.S. consumers this weekend.
Slice reports that 547,000 watches are expected to ship between April 27 and June 11. In addition to those orders, 639,000 customers will need to check their email for word of when their 647,000 pre-ordered Apple Watches will be shipped.
Take a look at the chart below to see the order breakdown.

I'm glad everybody's getting their watch. It really does sucks that I have to wait until June. Specially to watch some idiot put the Apple Watch on a blender. And others destroying it.

here in the UK, I had ordered two of the steel model with black and white bands and despite the fact that I ordered the white one several hours after the black, it arrived on launch weekend while I'm still waiting for the black.

I cacelled mine! Was sick and tired to see my order wasnt changing status even if ordered at 3 minutes of the preorder launch. Am very disapointed anyway with the way Apple is treating customers since Steve Jobs is not there anymore. I hope many will do the same. If you cannot deliver, dont promise.

You MUST be joking... You can say a lot of good things about Steve Jobs' genius or whatever, but do NOT give us b.s. about him giving a care about customer service... Apple lost its soul when the iPhone came out, it is just now beginning to get it back under Tim Cook. This is not just an opinion, ask any Apple employee.

I love this Watch! - April 27, 2015 at 3:05pm
It was a very tight window. I was lucky enough to get my Watch w/Milanese loop on Friday. But the extra black sport band that i bought 1 minute after, is still pending...
