The Colored Apple Watch Sport Bands All Have Different Weights

Interestingly, the colored Apple Watch Sport Bands all have different weights.

One would think that a simple color change wouldn't affect weight but here are Apple's listed weights for the various colors.


38mm Sport Band
● White = 47g
● Blue = 44g
● Green = 43g
● Pink = 42g
● Black = 37g

42mm Sport Band
● White = 51g
● Blue = 48g
● Green = 48g
● Pink = 46g
● Black is 40g

The white band is the heaviest, weighing 27.5% more than the black sport band.

Why not? Lighter is better, not to mention a ton choose black wrist bands!!!!!!!!
