Pixar Team Tests iPad Pro and Apple Pencil, Says Palm Rejection is 'Perfect'

Posted September 29, 2015 at 3:14pm by iClarified
Apple recently let the team at Pixar test the upcoming iPad Pro and Apple Pencil.

Michael B. Johnson, known as Dr. Wave, a R&D Pre-Production Architect at Pixar, tweeted about the visit.

Lovely of our friends from Apple to stop by to let us take iPad Pro & Pencil for a test drive

Johnson noted that palm rejection when using the pencil was excellent.

It has perfect palm rejection as far as we were able to see.

Check out this video to learn more about the Apple Pencil. The iPad Pro and Apple Pencil will be available starting in November.

Maybe should be noted that Steve Jobs bought Pixar and was the majority shareholder of Pixar, with 50.1% ,when Disney bought the company, making Jobs the largest individual shareholder at Disney with 7% (+ a seat on the board of directors).

Steve Jobs was a genius about many things, but regarding the stylus issue he made a big mistake. This should have been part of the first iPad, perhaps with a Wacom collaboration. Thanks for doing this Apple; I most certainly want one of your new Apple Pencils.

They should of made an apple pen or ipen for the everyday use without the iPad. Everything noted could be transferred to the notes section or wherever, at the same time it has ink to be used as a regular pen. It would be a killer pen.

I wouldn't give any money to a kickstarter project if the creator uses the term "would of".
