Luca Todesco, an Italian student, has released source code for jailbreaking iOS 8.4.1.
The code for Todesco's jailbreak, called Yalu, is available from GitHub. It will jailbreak your device and allow you to install OpenSSH, but he says to hold off on installing Cydia for now.
"latest Yalu git commit does a jailbreak & extracts a .tgz to /. Make sure not to install cydia with it. OpenSSH is fine."
It appears as though Todesco plans to release the jailbreak publicly.
"technically speaking my i6 is now jailbroken on 8.4.1. yalu for i6 will be out very soon ... Only thing that's really left to do is to use dyldmagic to overwrite amfid's lazy symbol table. ... time to buy a bunch of phones"
If you have an 8.4.1 device and want a jailbreak, you may want to hold off on updating to iOS 9.

Wow I'm excited that it's possible. I hope I can jailbreak my iOS 8.4.1 with ease

So tell me exactly what you will do with THIS jailbreak once performed on your device...transfer files? That's what SSH is for. Without Cydia, there is no "with ease".

Jajaja!!! Transfer files, give permissions, have full access to your own device... if this is not enough for you, then, give up friend :)

Right. You still didn't answer my question. Transfer files? What do you want to transfer that requires a JB? And the main question was...what will you do with that "full control of your device"? This JB may be difficult to use for those who only know how to use one-click tools.

Jailbreak is necessary, I'm still on pangu 8.1 iOS on 128GB iPhone 6s with Sprint $50 unlimited everything. Waiting for a JB to goto iOS 9.x! Once a JB 9.x comes out I'll go buy their iPhone 6s Plus. Take back the high cost of all this technology and make it work for you! JB does this and I'll never iOS upgrade til I can retain all of this, take note: Free mobile hotspot, Kodi, Rowmote, new os abilities & enhanced menus, free themes & ringtones, config display apps for iPads, intelliscreen x, retinapad, contact picture in text history and contacts listing, and lots more. The iPhone is better when you can self manage and manipulate it how you see fit.

I've tried installing deb files through ssh, sometimes it doesn't matter work, without Cydia, it's useless

Jail breaking has become stupid. I used to jailbreak for an unlock and a few other things but since competition amount carriers in the US is fierce and the iOS has come so far jail breaking at least for me is stupid and this is coming from someone who jailbroke an unlocked 1.1.1 lol

It's not useless. Jailbreak is more than themes and apps. Jailbreaking is the access to the root file system. Cydia is the convenience of customization.

Hey, here's a useless jailbreak for iPhones on 8.4.1 and you can't even install Cydia using the jailbreak, but here's a picture of Cydia running on it to make you think it's not actually useless
