iOS 10 Advanced Control Center Concept With 3D Touch [Video]

Check out this new Control Center concept from Sam Beckett that allows for more customization, adds 3D Touch support, and more.

A concept to show how Control Center in iOS can be improved to allow for greater customisation of hardware toggles and app shortcuts. Other improvements also include the integration of 3D Touch for extra options and a new system-wide dark mode.

Some of the ideas presented in the video include:
● Repositioning toggles so that frequently used controls are always easy to find.
● Replacing unneeded toggles with more helpful functions.
● Adding quick actions to toggles with a single press.
● Customising the appearance of Control Center and iOS with a system dark mode.

This is a great concept!! Something needed for those of us who prefer not to jailbreak our phones. I'm not as technical but very enthusiastic about it though.

Next is a real double the time battery. How's that for a concept? Since we are referring to software the how about being able to customize the look of iOS a little. Maybe 3 or 4 themes. Again, without having to jailbreak our phones.

I would definitely like a way to: 1) identify my wifi network from this panel. 2) pick a different network. To me these would be the long press functions so that everyone device can have them.

ah, did not know that these were all in jailbreak - or frankly that people still bothered to jailbreak. would be interesting to see more coverage on jailbreaking. what the solutions on jailbreaked phones look like and what they do. how about some screenshots....rather than just snark.
