iOS 12 Beta 1 Has Been Jailbroken [Video]

Liang Chen of the Tencent Keen Lab has successfully jailbroken iOS 12 beta 1 running on the iPhone X. He announced the feat on Twitter and posted a video to YouTube demonstrating the jailbreak in action.

Unfortunately, we don't expect that Chen will release this jailbreak publicly. The Tencent Keen Security Lab was established in January 2016 to focus on the security research of mainstream PC/Mobile operating systems, applications, cloud computing technologies, IOT smart devices, etc. As part of Tencent Security their research is applied to Tencent's products and technologies.

The next public jailbreak will likely come from Coolstar. He has announced that an updated version of Electra is coming soon and will support iOS 11.3.1.

These people make purported jailbreaks and who knows... back in the old times, both Chinese teams (Pangu and TaiG), had their tools verified by renowned hackers like MuscleNerd looking for backdoors. Chances are, tools not publicly released are merely an elegant name for exploits used by agencies to steal info... Coolstar has been under fire for quite some time, bringing the benefit to us of getting his work reversed engineered by folks from the community to make sure it's clean.

also breaking loyalty to Apple iOS , Now Apple is viewing Jailbroken makers unworthy untrustable . now why you buy iphone from Apple and going ahead to break the loyalty of iOS by jailbroken it . in the same manner foregoing , if someone breaks in bank and steals your infomation by jailbroken it , how you feel, in the bank infomation has been breach by jailbroken . would you trust jailbroken makers ? Apple has a very good reason to protect the infomation that should not have iOS jailbroken. , the same way of Bank has a reason for every employee to provide the identity card before going into any bank infomations of Customers .
