The site notes that this video was filmed with non-final WP7 hardware and software so shipping Windows Phone 7 devices will likely perform better.

You have to realize that the speed of the phones will be so close people wont care. Its the substance of the phones that will sell. Iphone currently has the most apps and games and all that BS. Once Android catches up then you can compare the substance. Windows 7 phone has long way to catch up to iTunes and the store and ability to purchase everything to the device at one stop.
