Apple is Making MobileMe Gallery Free As Well? [Update]

Apple is Making MobileMe Gallery Free As Well? [Update]

Posted November 22, 2010 at 9:20pm by iClarified
In addition to offering Find My iPhone free, it looks like Apple may also offer the MobileMe Gallery at no charge to non-subscribers.

The new mobile signin page for MobileMe shows 'Find My iPhone' and 'MobileMe Gallery' separated about the paid iDisk and Mail, Contacts, and Calendar syncing services.

Apple today updated the 'Find My iPhone' app to bring free access to customers. The MobileMe Gallery app has not been updated yet.

No word yet on how much storage would be included if the MobileMe Gallery does indeed go free.

Update:
Apple has corrected the 'mistake' with the MobileMe login page that showed MobileMe as a free service. Perhaps someone jumped the gun?

I'm not happy with this. I paid USD99 per year and now some features goes for free. Where is the loyalty of existing users

They may be offering if free. But I don't have a mobileme account and can't get past the login screen. So i'm not sure why they are offering them free, expect to subscribed members?

Don't Be ALL upset at Spending $99 a year for this, I Remember when you Bought a MAC, it was all FREE and you got a .Mac Email address, (if I remember) 10Meg of Disk space, and that was about it... I Really Think it ALL should be Free with Purchase of all the Apple Computers, Software, Etc I'd got over the Years now!
