Orange Reveals Unlocked 3G iPhone Prices

Orange has confirmed to ZDNet France that the iPhone 3G without subscription will cost 509 euros. The 16GB version will cost 609 euros.

ZDNet also mentions that Orange may charge an extra 100 euros for the unlocked iPhone during the first 6 months of its release.

Apparently, Apple is also creating a list that stores the IMEI of legitimately purchased iPhones. If you have purchased an unlocked iPhone you will have to place your IMEI on this list in order to receive further updates.
