Apple has leaked the iPhone 4S alongside a picture of the old design in its latest iTunes Beta, reports 9to5Mac.
Inside the latest iTunes beta is a specific mention of the "iPhone 4S." Along with the new iPhone name of "iPhone 4S" comes an image, and it is of a CDMA iPhone 4. Unless Apple still has the CDMA iPhone 4 as a placeholder image until the new iPhone is announced, we're fairly confident that the iPhone 4S will pack the CDMA iPhone design.
Notably, iTunes only holds two references to the iPhone 4S (black and white) which suggests the device will be a world phone. The iPhone 4 has four references to account for both CDMA and GSM devices.

This one will be biggest disappointment in Apples history! Everyone is waiting for iPhone 5 but they will be seeing release of bumped up iPhone 4 = iPhone 4S on 4th... makes sense.

I didn't care for the 4 myself. I stuck with my 3Gs waiting for the next design.
If it was all about need instead of want, Apple wouldn't have sold near the phones they have. Many don't NEED an iPhone, but we all WANT one.

If that is the extracted image, then it is indeed likely a world phone. It has a right hand side upper black gap like the CDMA phone, but also sports a SIM card access. That is not a current iPhone pic, neither GSM nor CDMA it is a new device.
