Let them fight each other. Get more player involve in the battle. Ask them to bring down the price. Or free trade-in to keep the customer loyalty. Finally fr me.. best tech with the cheapest price matter.

Oh look, even if Samsung had indeed consulted the same advertising firm as Apple's, and the same young child been filmed as a consequence, this does not represent plagiarism. This is how marketing agencies conduct their business, using what I will (correctly or otherwise) refer to as 'creative commons'. If it were anything otherwise, we would be reading this bollocks through the judicial system. Now let's blog something a little more relevant, shall we?

this is just ridiculous. Out of so many charming little girls, they chose the same 1 with Apple. Out of hundred & thousands of flower, once they chose the sunflower to be the icon of the photo.app in samsung device. Do you think this is just a coincidence? No

Guess they can't sell Samsung products without having something apple related in their adverts.

if you bought an apple product, technically you have bought samsung as well since apple use their parts.

In what alternate reality do people not buy Samsung products?

What, sue the girl for being in the commercials of 2 competitors? Is she exclusive to apple? It all depends on the contract her parents signed.

Will there be a lawsuit over this?

im suprised apple didn't patent the girl herself thinking they invented her.
i imagine shes just a child actor and her manager likely 'sold' her to samsung. my guess is samsung didnt even notice. i mean who really pays attention to whos in commercials? and who really cares.
