Apple Says Banned Products Will Be Back on Sale Shortly

Apple says that products removed from its German online store due to an injunction won by Motorola banning their sale will return very shortly, according to AllThingsD.
Apparently, a court suspended the injunction this morning after Apple appealed the ruling.
"All iPad and iPhone models will be back on sale through Apple's online store in Germany shortly," an Apple spokesperson told AllThingsD. "Apple appealed this ruling because Motorola repeatedly refuses to license this patent to Apple on reasonable terms, despite having declared it an industry standard patent seven years ago."
The iPhone 3G, iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4 and 3G iPads should return to the German online store within hours.
