App only works via wifi. No success thru' 3G/EDGE

the app works fine on my iphone .... downloaded it at the german appstore ... made fring-calls and skype-calls ... everything works great.

Please list in a source better to be working on that platfrom !! while in appstore At&T has control over it to disable and enable or rather corrupt it.....
