i'd rather stick with my iPad 2, I already have siri on it. I barely use it at all even with the jailbreak I literally cannot find a legitimate use for it other than my daughter watching dora the explorer on it. I guess maybe a GPS if I tether it with my 4S but thats maybe about it. So I really have no interest in the iPad 3 especially since its pretty much a thicker iPad 2

Either way, Apple will never win me on anything but a jailbroken iPhone unless they make some major changes in the direction of operating system. While other manufacturers are designing nicer and nicer tablets with more and more functionality every day, Apple just keeps making small improvements on hardware that runs a nerfed OS. Apple's ignorance of the obvious is astounding. People want control of their OS and their files. Apple keeps marginally improving hardware when nearly every improvement that NEEDS to be made is in the OS. iOS 5 and iPhone 4S were pathetically underwhelming and apple is literally running on fumes.

Kamatis you act as if these devices weren't already in production before the passing of Jobs. It's likely both the 4S and iPad were designed by Jobs. I guess the iPhone 3GS was because Jobs was sick right? Plus the one thing Jobs did create that will continue to be innovative is Apple itself. Everyone acts as if it's the end of the world when there isn't a complete hardware redesign every year when other companies like Sony and Samsung take 5 years to do a hardware redesign. A Bravia television looks basically the same as it did during its inception. I'm not angry just trying to give perspective. Just my 2 cents.

Um Steve Jobs had nothing to do with the 4S, the last device he worked on was the iPhone 5, the 4S was just a phone they threw together to delay the iPhone 5 cuz they didn't want an unfinished product like the iPhone 4 fiasco to happen again. The 4S is basically the iPhone 5 as far as expected features go such as A5 chip, 8MP camera, dual antenna and the "all new" siri, the only thing its missing is design upgrade and aluminum back. But again just clarifying Jobs had nothing to do with the 4S
